渗漉法是往药材粗粉中不断添加浸取溶剂使其渗过药粉，从下端出口流出浸取液的一种方法。渗漉时，溶剂渗入药材层。渗漉法是以往药材层不断添加浸取溶剂使溶剂由上而下穿过药材层中溶解大量的可溶性物质，浓度增加，密度增大后向下移动，与上层的浸取溶剂或稀浸液置换位置，造成良好的浓度差，使扩散较好的自然进行，故浸取效果优于浸渍法，提取也较完全。
