本设备全部用不锈钢制作，配有自动喷淋清洗系统，夹套中可通低温冷却水，传动部位采用机械密封，防爆电机确保生产过程安全与符合cGMP质量标准。夹套可选用米络板蜂窝、夹套二种型式。

用途 / Usage本设备适用于中药、口服液、食品、保健品、化工等的酒精沉淀，酒精沉淀罐系醇沉专用设备，主要用于中药水煎液浓缩后浓缩液进行冷冻或常温酒精沉淀的操作，也可用于中药醇提后浓缩液进行水沉淀的操作。
