系统组成 / System composition

智能型CIP系统为一中央集成系统，包含注射水罐、CIP罐、双管板换热器、管道过滤器、送液泵、回液泵、温度控制仪、液位控制仪、电导率检测仪、PLC触摸屏、控制柜及系统管阀件等组成。
生物制药:应用于培养基配制、发酵、收获、超滤、纯化、灭活及物料转移设备和管道的在线CIP/SIP.
无菌制剂:用于物料配制，物料转移，无菌对接设备和管道的在线CIP/SIP.
无菌粉针、水针:用于物料配制，物料转移，无菌对接设备和管道的在线CIP/SIP.
无菌原料药:用于物料配制，物料转移，无菌对接设备和管道的在线CIP/SIP.
提高制程可追溯性，有效验证于再验证生产设备的可靠性，降低生产风险。

The intelligent CIP system is a centralized system, which consists of injection water tank, CIP tank, double tube sheet heat exchanger, liquid delivery pump, return pump, temperature controller, liquid level indicator,electrical conductivity detector, PLC touch screen, control cabinet and system valve and pipe fittings.
Biopharmacy: used for CIP/SIP in equipment and pipes for culture medium preparation, fermentation, harvest, ultrafiltration, purification,inactivation and material transfer
Aseptic preparations: used for CIP/SIP in equipment and pipes formaterial preparation, material transfer and sterile connection 
Aseptic powders and injection: used for CIP/SIP in equipment and pipes for material preparation, material transfer and sterile connection
Sterile bulk drugs: used for CIP/SIP in equipment and pipes for material preparation, material transfer and sterile connection
It improves process traceability, effective validates and revalidates reliability of production equipment and reduces production risks.

工作原理 /  Working principle

通过设置程序(程序可调)由CIP清洗自动配制清洗液，经气动控制阀与送液泵、回液泵来完成清洗液的输送及回流循环清洗、排放、回收整个清洗过程。通过电导率检测仪及CIP触摸屏组成的控制系统达到了自动在线清洗。

The cleaning  liquid is automatically prepared by the CIPcleaning system through setting the program (adjustable program). The whole cleaning process including the conveying of cleaning liquids,return flow and circulation cleaning, discharging and recovery is completed through the pneumatic control valve, liquid conveying pump and liquid return pump.Automatic cleaning in place is realized through the control system consisting of the conductivity detector and PLC touch screen.
